An urgent AMBER Alert has been issued for Elias Linares Quintanilla, a 3-year-old boy who was reportedly abducted in Los Angeles on the morning of May 21, 2026.

According to authorities, the alert was activated by the California Highway Patrol on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department after Elias was last seen around 8:00 a.m. Investigators believe the child may be traveling with Sonia Quintanilla, a 38-year-old woman identified as the suspect in the reported abduction.

Officials describe Elias as approximately 3 feet tall and weighing about 25 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was reportedly wearing a gray sweater, a red shirt, and blue shorts.

Authorities say Sonia Quintanilla is approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs around 140 pounds, and has blonde hair and brown eyes. She was last reportedly seen wearing a black sweater and black pants.
